Preparation: Line a sieve with a clean cloth moistened and wrung out. Hang the strainer in a bowl and scoop the curd cheese or Greek yogurt in it. Put everything in the refrigerator and let the curd / yogurt at least 4 hours to drain. If the bowl is likely to flow in between here on goats extra bowl .. Ingredients: tomato-cucumber smoothie

Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise in half and remove the seeds. Now cut pieces nin. Put all ingredients in blender and turn the ijblokjes a smoothie. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
